1. Who is responsible for your data
Raúl Bertadillo, licensed insurance agent (license H402704), with an address for notices at Hidalgo 33, Centro, San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

2. Data we collect
We collect data when you message us on WhatsApp, social media or email, fill out a form in an online ad, or give it to us in person. Depending on the insurance you're interested in, we may ask for:
- Identification and contact: name, date of birth or age, phone, email, address and postal code.
- Employment and financial: occupation, income range, tax regime and details of what you want to insure (vehicle, registration or title, property).
- Third parties: names, ages and relationship of beneficiaries or additional insured people. By providing them, you confirm you're authorized to do so.
- Policies: copies of current policies you share for review.
Sensitive data. To quote and buy life and health insurance, insurers may require information about your health. We only collect it when essential and with your express written consent, requested separately before collecting it.
3. How we use your data
Necessary purposes: responding to your request, comparing options and preparing proposals, processing the purchase, renewal or changes to your policy with the insurer, supporting you with claims, and complying with legal obligations.
Additional purposes (you can opt out without affecting the service): sending you information about other insurance or seasonal reminders, and inviting you to rate our service or leave a review. To opt out, write "BAJA" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to the contacts above at any time.
4. Who we share your data with
To fulfill the necessary purposes, we transfer your data to the insurers you request quotes from or buy with. These transfers are necessary for the relationship you request. We may also share data with competent authorities when required by law. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel or object to the use of your data, and to revoke your consent. Send your request to the email above with your name and a way to reply, a copy of your ID (or your representative's and proof of representation), a clear description of the right you wish to exercise and the data involved. We'll respond within the legal time frames. If you have an active policy, cancellation may prevent us from servicing it, and some data must be kept by law.
6. Website and messaging
This site has no forms or advertising trackers. It may load fonts from third-party services that can log technical browsing data. When you tap a WhatsApp button, the conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy.
7. Changes
We may update this notice due to legal changes or changes in our services. The current version will always be published on this site with its last updated date.
8. Authority
If you believe your right to personal data protection has been violated, you may contact the competent Mexican authority, currently the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.
